Ordering & Delivery
Velvet Bakehouse offers next-day delivery if you order before 4pm (Melbourne time) and it's free for standard orders from the Bakehouse Range. We deliver Monday to Friday (except public holidays) right across the Melbourne metropolitan area. Our cupcakes are baked to order, beautifully packaged and promptly dispatched so you can be sure that they'll be fresh and delicious when they arrive. Our ordering process is as easy as 1, 2, 3...
1. Choose the quantity, flavour and style of your cupcakes
2. Add gift message, delivery date, delivery address and billing address
3. Make payment (we accept PayPal, Visa or Mastercard)
Please ensure someone will be available to accept delivery at the given delivery address. We want our cupcakes to maintain the highest standard of quality, so unfortunately we cannot leave giftboxes where there is no one to accept them.

Please note that catering orders require a minimum of 48 hours (2 business days) notice.
For custom or corporate orders (where personalised or branded cupcakes are required) we appreciate reasonable notice so that we can properly address your needs and provide you with beautifully designed cupcakes that make a statement at your special event. Please contact us to discuss.
